Silence the pager, not the evidence.

Schedule bounded maintenance windows for deployments and planned work. Alerts, incidents and in-app evidence continue normally; only matching external notification and escalation fan-out is held until maintenance ends.

Fail-visible policy. Maintenance never hides an alert from the control plane, never disables synthetic monitoring, and never changes infrastructure. Resolution notifications are still allowed so previously paged incidents can close cleanly.

Maximum window length is 30 days. Windows expire automatically by time; disabling a window ends its suppression immediately.
